With experience owning a clothing brand, I understand the challenges of slow sales periods. Unforeseen expenses like storage costs for unsold inventory frequently occur. To address this, I proposed developing a product to my team. As a group, we came up with an inventory solutions website service named RiseReady. I designed the customer persona and as a group we created the customer journey, business persona and business journey.

I also played a key role in developing our marketing strategy. I created videos for our TikTok page as well as Instagram posts. This was just to show the kind of content that we would focus on which would be relatable and educational.
